Update

We still see some issues with translations in the subjects to the sender. All signer emails are updated. We are working on a fix.

Identified

After a change to our automatic e-mails to include the document name in the subject, some translations were removed. As a result, English text is shown in parts of the e-mails.

We have identified the issue and are working on a fix.
