Our mail service provider announced a planned downtime to upgrade and improve their infrastructure on January 11, 2020, for an estimated time of 1 am – 7 am EST.
This will result in a delivery delay during this time period, all emails will be queued on our end and we will start sending these emails as soon as the scheduled maintenance has been successfully completed.

This maintenance will only affect customers using a custom sending domain.
