Transactions keep working as expected. No more delays are seen, and all transactions created can be completed without delay.

Monitoring

The problem was solved and we are monitoring the situation. Transactions resumed working from 10:22 CET.
Earlier transactions also resumed processing and can be completed from resolution time.

We are currently investigating this issue.

When a transaction has been made, the status is 'In progress'. Also when signing a transaction, the status is also 'In Progress'.
