The incident has been resolved. We suspect the high load to originate from a part of our release from last week, and rollbacked a portion of this to be able to diagnose the issue and come with a comprehensive fix. We will update this page when full diagnosis has been completed. Performance and functionality is back to normal.

We brought the portal back online. Logging in and sending transactions is working again. We are monitoring the situation.

Investigating
Currently we're experiencing a heavy load on our signing infrastructure which can cause errors 500 and transactions not being send out. This has our highest attention.
