Portal data metadata cleanup

As part of our ongoing efforts to minimize the amount of data we store and process, we are enhancing our data anonymization methods.
After this maintenance, any metadata older than 3 months will be replaced with dots instead of being displayed. Please note that sensitive data, such as personally identifiable information from identification methods and document content, is already automatically deleted after 30 days (or immediately upon customer deletion).

This update only impacts metadata, including transaction references, signer emails, and signer names, which will now be anonymized after 90 days.
Transaction reporting and usage counting is not affected, it will still be possible to download reports to count Signhost usage, just no longer with all metadata visible after 90 days.
